Publishing, Games and Markets

I started working in Nutaku in 2020, and it helped me re-bounce from what back then I thought was the defeat of a failed entrepreneur. This rumination can be damaging, so when I got the interview invite from Nutaku Publishing, it provided a much-needed confidence boost.

Working as a games producer allowed me to work with cross-functional teams and get a better understanding of risk management and decision-making under uncertainty in the games industry. It’s here that the idea of Seeker-Ink came to me.

In a span of almost 3 years, I’ve worked with over 10 different teams across Europe and Asia, guiding them in the F2P adult games space from contract signing all the way to the LiveOps (and beyond). Alongside the developers, as partners, we through the excitement of global releases and the harsh decision-making when projects underperform (i.e KPIs are not reaching expectations).
